A&E - Patients are to telephone the Practice telephone number first (01274 729602) during the day or to telephone 111 when we are closed.  Please note that this telephone number is a local rate.

When We Are Closed

For urgent advice and treatment when our practice is closed during evenings, weekends and on staff Training Days, dial 111, follow the instructions and you will be automatically put through to this service.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
